d) Hypothesis- In the first experiment the amount of dissolved oxygen was tested against the temperature of the water. The amount of dissolved oxygen indirectly correlates with the temperature of the water, as the temperature increases the amount of dissolved oxygen decreases. Where as in the second experiment the affect of light on the amount of dissolved oxygen was tested. The larger amount of light in a ecosystem the more dissolved oxygen in the water.
