b) Our sample was taken from a creek behind Angela's house. The creek runs behind some houses in Scotch Plains, New Jersey in a fairly developed area. Trees line one side of the creek and the other is developed property. The creek does not have a wide variety of organisms living in it and mostly contains small fish. The water is green and cold all year round and had a small dam made of rocks that occurred naturally.
